How to Factory Reset BANG OLUFSEN Headphones

1. Turn the headphones ON.
2. Move and hold the switch in the Bluetooth position for about 8 seconds.

RED for about 5 seconds = Reset complete

1. Make sure both earbuds have enough battery power.
2. Press and hold the touch area on BOTH the left and right earbuds at the same time.
3. Keep holding for about 10 seconds.

RED flashing = Reset complete

1. Turn the headphones ON.
2. Move and hold the switch in the Bluetooth position for about 10 seconds.

RED flashing for about 2 seconds = Reset complete

1. Turn the headphones ON.
2. Press and hold the Volume + and Volume – buttons together.
3. Keep holding until the indicator flashes red.

RED flashing = Reset complete

The headphones will turn OFF after the reset. This is normal.

1. Make sure the headphones have enough battery power.
2. Turn them ON before starting the reset, if required for your model.
3. Hold the correct button or switch for the full amount of time.
4. Do not release until you see the red reset indicator.
