How to Factory Reset PANASONIC Headphones

Step 1 – Enter Pairing Mode

1. Start with the headphones OFF.
2. Press and hold the Power / Bluetooth button for at least 5 seconds.
3. Keep holding until the LED flashes:

Step 2 – Factory Reset

While the LED is still flashing RED & BLUE:

1. Slide and hold the Multi-function button toward +.
2. At the same time, press and hold the Power / Bluetooth button.
3. Hold both buttons for at least 5 seconds.

Reset the RIGHT Earbud

1. Remove the RIGHT earbud from the charging cradle.
2. While its LED is BLUE, touch and hold the RIGHT touch sensor for about 7 seconds.
3. Wait for:

4. Touch and hold the RIGHT touch sensor again for about 10 seconds.

Reset the LEFT Earbud

Repeat the same steps with the LEFT earbud. Reset both earbuds before pairing them again.

While the LED is flashing RED & BLUE:

1. Press and hold Volume + and Volume – together for at least 5 seconds.

1. Make sure the battery is charged.
2. Start with the headphones OFF when instructed.
3. Wait for RED & BLUE flashing before starting the reset button combination.
4. Hold the buttons for the full amount of time.
5. Do not stop until you see BLUE flashing quickly and the device turns OFF.
6. For the RZ-S500W, reset both the RIGHT and LEFT earbuds separately.
