C81 - Fix Bluetooth Pairing Issues

Put both your headphones and the C81 adapter in pairing mode, keep other devices off, and reconnect.

Quick Check

1.  Turn OFF Bluetooth on nearby phones/laptops (so your headphones don’t connect to them).

2.  Put your headphones in pairing mode

3.  Plug in the C81 adapter, then press and hold its button until the light flashes blue & white.

4.  Wait a few seconds for it to connect (look for a steady or slow blinking blue light).

5.  Play audio to test.

Most Common Issue

Your headphones are connecting to another device nearby instead of the C81.

Tip

If your headphones were last used with your phone, they may auto-connect to it—turn your phone’s Bluetooth off first before pairing.

Still not working?
