C81-Gaming won't pair with your headphones? Follow these quick steps.

Check Compatibility

C81 works with Bluetooth headphones, not 2.4GHz-only wireless headsets such as Sony PULSE 3D or Turtle Beach Stealth 600. If your headset supports Bluetooth, use Bluetooth mode.

Before You Start

Turn OFF Bluetooth on nearby phones, tablets, and computers previously paired with your headphones.

Pair Your Headphones

C81 LED Indicators

Flashing Blue & White: Pairing mode

Solid or Flashing Blue: Connected (depends on codec)

Plug C81 into your PS5 or computer.
Put your headphones into Bluetooth pairing mode.
Hold C81's multifunction button for 2 seconds until blue and white flash.
Wait for solid or flashing blue to confirm connection.

How to Put Headphones in Pairing Mode

Still Not Pairing? Reset

Hold C81's button for 2 seconds until blue and white flash.
Double-press the button to clear its pairing history.
Clear your headphones' Bluetooth pairing history.
Repeat Step 1.

C81 Factory Reset Guide

Test Another Device

Try another pair of Bluetooth headphones.
Try C81 on another compatible USB audio device.

Other headphones work? Your original headphones may have a pairing or compatibility issue.

Nothing connects? Contact support to check C81.
