C81 keeps disconnecting or won't stay connected?

First, move the C81 away from the USB port using the USB extension cable included in the box.

Why this helps

High-speed USB ports and nearby USB devices can create wireless interference. Moving the C81 away from the USB port can help improve Bluetooth connection stability.

Try these steps in order

Test the connection after each step. If the problem is fixed, you can stop.

Use the included USB extension cable

Connect the C81 to the extension cable so the adapter sits farther away from the computer or console.

USB Port → Extension Cable → C81

Try a different USB port

If the connection still drops, move the C81 to another USB port. If available, try a USB 2.0 port instead of a high-speed USB 3.x port.

Why can USB devices affect Bluetooth?
