Audio delay depends on your headphones' Bluetooth codec

For the lowest delay with the C81, your headphones or earbuds need to support aptX Adaptive.

Lower Latency

Provides lower-latency audio for better synchronization while gaming.

More Delay Possible

Headphones using standard codecs such as SBC may have more noticeable audio delay.

After your headphones connect, check the blue LED on the C81.

Using AirPods or headphones without aptX Adaptive?

They can still connect to the C81, but you may notice more audio delay because aptX Adaptive is not available.
