How to Factory Reset Jabra Headphones & Speakers

Reset your Jabra device to clear saved Bluetooth connections before pairing it with your Avantree transmitter again.

Important: A factory reset clears the Jabra device’s previous Bluetooth connections. You will need to pair it with your Avantree transmitter again afterward.

Choose Your Jabra Model

Jabra Elite 65t / Elite Active 65t

Place both earbuds in the charging case, then remove them.
Make sure the earbuds are turned on.
On the RIGHT earbud, press and hold the Multi-function button for about 10 seconds.

PURPLE flash = Reset complete

The LED may flash RED first. Do not release the button at the red light—continue holding until you see PURPLE.

Jabra Elite 85h

Turn the headphones ON and make sure you are not on a call.
On the RIGHT earcup, press and hold Volume + and the Multi-function button together.
Hold both buttons for about 5 seconds.

PURPLE LED + voice announcement = Reset complete

Jabra Speak 710

Turn the Jabra Speak 710 ON.
Press and hold the Answer Call and End Call buttons together.
Hold both buttons for about 8 seconds.

“Factory reset” announcement = Reset complete

Pair Your Jabra Device with Your Avantree Transmitter Again

Put your Jabra headphones or speaker into Bluetooth pairing mode.
Put your Avantree transmitter into Bluetooth pairing mode.
Keep both devices close together.
Wait for them to connect.

If they do not connect, temporarily turn OFF Bluetooth on nearby phones, tablets, computers, and TVs. This prevents the Jabra device from reconnecting to another device during pairing.
