Check Hearing Aid Mode
Make sure Audikast 4HA is in Hearing Aid Mode.
Move closer to Audikast 4HA
Stay close to the transmitter while making the initial connection, then search for the broadcast again.
Close and reopen the hearing aid app
Close the hearing aid companion app completely, reopen it, then return to its Auracast / broadcast section and scan again.
Restart the hearing aids and phone
Restart both devices, then reconnect the hearing aids to your phone.
Restart Audikast 4HA
Turn Audikast 4HA off and back on. Confirm Hearing Aid Mode is active, then search for the broadcast again.
Audikast 4HA Appears, But Won't Connect?
If Audikast 4HA is visible in the broadcast list but joining fails, try this sequence:
- Stop any calls, music, videos, or other audio playing through your hearing aids.
- Restart your hearing aids.
- Restart your phone.
- Reconnect your hearing aids to the phone.
- Open the hearing aid app and try joining Audikast 4HA again.
