No sound usually happens when the headphones or hearing aids aren’t connected. Make sure your headphones or hearing aids are paired and connected, your TV audio format is incorrect, and cables are securely plugged in.
Quick Check
Auracast Mode (Hearing Aid Users)
1. Check TV audio output
● If using Optical, set TV Digital Audio Format → PCM or Stereo.
● If you don’t see this option, check your TV’s Sound / Audio Output settings.
2. Check the audio signal light
● Solid white = audio detected.
● Blinking = TV may be sending an unsupported format (Dolby or DTS).
3. Check the transmitter mode
● White LED = hearing aid mode
● Orange LED = headphone/speaker mode
● Press to switch mode if your device doesn’t connect.
4. Increase transmitter volume
● Press the “+” button on the transmitter.
5. Restart devices –
● If it still doesn’t work, restart the TV and transmitter.
Bluetooth Mode
Turn off Bluetooth on nearby devices (TV, phone, tablet) to avoid auto-reconnect issues.
1. Check the LED
● Solid = headphones/earbuds are paired.
● Blinking = not connected → re-pair them
Why This Happens
Most no-sound issues occur when the TV audio format is incompatible or the listening device is not connected.
💡 Tip:
- Ensure the hearing aids are not currently streaming audio from another device (calls, music, notifications). Hearing aids can handle only one audio stream at a time.
- If your hearing aids connect but audio cuts out, try turning Bluetooth off on your phone. Phones sometimes reconnect automatically and interrupt the broadcast.
