No sound usually happens when the hearing aids/headphones are not properly connected, the TV is sending an unsupported audio format, or the Audikast 4 is in the wrong mode. Follow the steps below based on how you are using the Audikast 4.
🦻 Hearing Aid Users
Both Audio Signal and Hearing Aid Mode should show SOLID WHITE.
Check the phone's Bluetooth / Accessibility (Hearing Aid) settings and confirm that the hearing aids are connected.
Open the ReSound or Jabra app, depending on your hearing aids.
If you see “Auracast info not available,” check whether Audikast 4 can still be selected despite the message. If it can, select it and continue.
If the sound is working, check whether you can adjust the volume through the phone or hearing aid companion app.

💡 Important Tip for Hearing Aid Users
If your hearing aids connect but the TV audio cuts out or does not play, turn Bluetooth OFF on your phone after the hearing aids have connected to the Audikast 4 broadcast. This can prevent the phone from automatically reconnecting and interrupting the broadcast.
