How to Use Samsung Phone for Auracast Connection?

For Auracast connection, you can use either your device’s app OR the Android Auracast Assistant feature.

Auracast is supported on newer Android phones with Android 14+ and hardware that includes the Qualcomm Snapdragon Sound platform (or similar). Some known models:

• Samsung Galaxy S23/S24 series

• Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 / Z Flip5

• Google Pixel 8 / 8 Pro

• Xiaomi 14 series (in select regions)

To activate Auracast and start listening:

1. Pair your Auracast receiver with your phone via Bluetooth.

2. Open Bluetooth settings and tap the ⚙️ icon next to your paired device.

3. Toggle on the LE Audio option

4. Tap “Listen to Auracast Broadcast.”

5. Turn on your Auracast transmitter.

6. Select a broadcast from the list to join and start listening.
