Good to Know

One important TV setting can prevent common audio problems.

Using Optical or HDMI ARC?

Set your TV's Digital Output Audio Format to PCM. This is required when using the Harmony 2 transmitter with a TV in Optical or HDMI ARC mode. See the PCM guide.

Something Doesn’t Look Right?

Choose the issue that best matches what you are experiencing.

No Sound? Check the speaker connection, mute setting, audio input, TV output, and volume.

Speakers Not Connecting? Re-pair the speakers and make sure they are set to Broadcasting mode.

Charging or Power Issue? Check the speaker charging cable, power adapter, battery lights, and transmitter power source.
