How to Fix No Sound?

If there is no sound, please check:

1. Transmitter & Speakers Connection

   • Confirm the transmitter and speakers are connected (LED on speakers should be solid, not blinking).

2. Speaker Mute Function

   Check that the speakers are not muted.
   In Broadcasting mode, press the button to mute or unmute.                                                     

3. Audio Input Setting

   • Ensure the transmitter’s Audio Input switch is set correctly:

     • Phone → if using Bluetooth input.

     • OPT/AUX → if using Optical or AUX input.

4. Speaker Mode

   • Make sure all speakers are in Broadcasting mode (not Bluetooth).

   • Do not connect your phone/tablet directly to the speakers via Bluetooth.

5. TV/Device Audio Output

   • For Optical: Set TV sound output to Optical, audio format to PCM.

   • For AUX: Ensure the cable is fully inserted.

   • For Bluetooth: Confirm your phone/tablet is connected to Avantree Flex Base, not the speakers.

6. Volume

   • Increase the volume on the transmitter, speakers, and TV/phone.
