Updated
If your Avantree Harmony Multi-Room Audio System is not charging or powering on correctly, follow these steps to troubleshoot both the wireless speakers and the transmitter:
Check the correct power method
Speakers: Recharge using a USB-C power cable.
Transmitter: Must stay connected to USB power (5V / 2A) while in use (no built-in battery)
Verify the charger and cable
Use the original Avantree USB-C cable if available.
Use a 5V / 1–2A USB wall adapter.
Try a different adapter, cable, or USB port.
Check LED indicators
Speakers
Charging → Battery LEDs move/fill.
Fully charged → Battery LEDs stay solid.
No LEDs → Reconnect the cable and test another wall adapter (5V / 1–2A).
Transmitter
The power LED should turn solid or flash when powered.
No LED → Confirm the USB power source is working.
