Before You Start: No sound may mean the speaker is not connected to the transmitter, the transmitter is not receiving audio, or the volume is too low.
Step 1 – Check the Speaker Connection
- Turn on the transmitter and speakers.
- Keep the speakers near the transmitter while they connect.
- If a speaker keeps flashing white, turn it off and back on. Keep it near the transmitter and wait a few seconds for it to reconnect. The speaker LED should turn solid white.
Step 2 – Check the Audio Signal & Transmitter Input
Play audio and check the transmitter’s OPT/AUX input indicator.
Choose the input that matches your audio source. Set the side switch to match the type of audio source connected to the transmitter.
Why PCM? For Optical connections, the transmitter needs a compatible stereo signal. Set the TV audio format to PCM / Stereo. Dolby, DTS, Bitstream, Auto, or Pass Through may cause no sound.
Step 3 – Check Volume & Restart
- Increase the volume on the audio source, transmitter, and speaker.
- Make sure the audio source is not muted. Try another channel, video, or app.
- For Optical or AUX, check that the audio cable is securely connected at both ends.
- If there is still no sound, try a new cable of the same type.
- Turn off the transmitter and speaker, then turn them back on and test again.
Still No Sound?
Tell us whether you’re using Optical, AUX, or Phone Bluetooth, and describe the transmitter and speaker indicator lights.
