How to Fix Audio Cutting Out When Connecting With Phone?

If audio cuts out when your phone is connected to the Harmony 2 transmitter via Bluetooth, please check the following:

1. Stay Within Range
   Keep your phone within 3m (10 ft) of the transmitter. 

   Harmony 2  supports both Bluetooth and 2.4GHz, but for Bluetooth connections, the range is shorter due to technical limits.

2. Reduce Interference
   Devices like Wi-Fi routers, access points, and microwaves also use the same 2.4GHz band and may cause interruptions. Keep them away from the transmitter and speakers.

3. Use a Wired Connection
   For the most stable audio, connect the transmitter to your audio source using a wired connection (Optical or AUX) instead of Bluetooth.
