HT3831 – How to Charge the Earbuds
Charge the earbuds on either dock, or replace the drained battery with the included spare battery.
You have two charging options:
Option 1: Place the earbuds on the transmitter dock or separate charging dock.
Option 2: Install the charged spare battery and charge the drained battery in the transmitter dock.
How Do I Know the Battery Is Low?
You will hear three beeps every minute.
GREEN flashing every 2 seconds = Low battery
Option 1 – Charge the Earbuds on a Dock
You can use either the transmitter dock or the separate charging dock.
- Connect the dock to power.
- Place the earbuds securely in the charging position.
- Check the charging indicator on the dock.
Solid RED = Charging
Solid GREEN = Fully charged
Option 2 – Use the Spare Battery
The HT3831 includes a spare battery so you can continue listening while the drained battery charges.
- Remove the drained battery from the earbuds.
- Install the charged spare battery.
- Place the drained battery in the battery-charging slot on the transmitter dock.
Check the battery-charging indicator on the front of the transmitter dock.
Solid RED = Battery charging
Solid GREEN = Battery fully charged
Earbuds Not Charging?
Open each step below and try them in order.
1 – Check the Dock Power
- Unplug the dock’s power cable.
- Wait about 5 seconds.
- Reconnect the cable firmly.
- Place the earbuds back on the dock.
2 – Reposition the Earbuds
- Remove the earbuds from the dock.
- Place them back carefully.
- Adjust their position until the solid RED charging light appears.
3 – Try the Other Charging Dock
If the earbuds do not charge on one dock, place them on the other powered dock and check for the solid RED charging light.
