HT3831 – How to Adjust the Earbuds for a Better Fit
The earbuds should feel comfortable and secure without being pushed deeply into your ears.

Step 1 – Choose the Right Ear Tip Size
The HT3831 includes Small and Medium ear tips. Try both sizes.
Earbuds feel loose?
Try the larger ear tips.
Earbuds feel too tight?
Try the smaller ear tips.
Tip: It is okay to use a different ear tip size in each ear.
Step 2 – Put on the Earbuds
- Place the neckband comfortably around your neck.
- Place the earbud marked L in your left ear.
- Place the earbud marked R in your right ear.
- Gently place each ear tip inside your ear.
Do not push the earbuds deeply into your ears.
Step 3 – Adjust the Fit
- Gently adjust each earpiece.
- Slightly rotate it until it feels comfortable.
- Make sure it feels secure without strong pressure.
A good fit should feel comfortable, secure, and neither too loose nor too tight.
Something Doesn’t Feel Right?
One Earbud Fits Better Than the Other
Try a different size in each ear. For example, use Small on one side and Medium on the other.
Earbuds Keep Slipping Out
- Remove the earbuds.
- Try the larger ear tips.
- Put the earbuds back in.
- Gently rotate them until secure.
Do not force them deeper into your ears.
