Avantree TV Headphones - No Sound / Not Working Troubleshooting

Step 1 – Check These 2 Things

1. Is Headphone Connected to Base?

Turn on base & remove headphone from base
✅ Solid blue light = Connected
❌ Flashing or no light = Not connected → [Re-pair? See model list below]

2. Is TV Audio Signal Valid?

✅ AUX / OPT light solid = Signal OK
❌ Flashing = Signal issue → [Fix by TV brand, see list below]

Step 2 – Fix the Issue

Re-connect Headphones with Base – Select Your Model
Ensemble / Duet / Opera / Opera Plus / HT41899 Plus 2 / HT5009 Plus / Crescendo / Aura Focus

Fix TV Audio Signal – Select Your TV Brand
