HT5009 Plus - Pair and Lock

If your HT5009 Plus headphones and transmitter no longer reconnect automatically, pair them again and lock the connection. The lock step is important—it helps the headphones reconnect to the transmitter automatically the next time you turn them on.

Quick Check

1.  Power the transmitter from a wall outlet

● Plug the transmitter into a power source and slide the transmitter switch to ON.

● If possible, use a wall adapter instead of the TV's USB port during pairing.

2. Put the headphones in pairing mode. 

● Slide the headphone power switch to PAIR → look for flashing red & blue

3. Put the transmitter in pairing mode. 

● Press and hold 🎧1 on transmitter (5 sec) → should flash green & white

4. Wait for them to connect. Both LED turn solid - Connected

5.  LOCK THEM UP ( very important )

● Press and hold Button “🎧1” again, but this time for 8 to 10 seconds.

● Release the button once 🎧1 shows a solid white and green light.

● Now the transmitter and the headphones are locked together and will always connect to each other once turned on.

Most Common Issue

 The devices didn’t fully enter pairing mode or weren’t locked after pairing.

● Pairing mode was not activated. Make sure the headphone light flashes red and blue and the transmitter flashes green and white.

● The connection was not locked. Pairing alone may not restore reliable automatic reconnection. Complete Step 5 above.

● Another Bluetooth device is interfering. Temporarily turn off Bluetooth on nearby TVs, phones, computers, or speakers while pairing.

💡Tips

Turn off Bluetooth on nearby devices (TVs, phones, computers, speakers) to avoid connection interference.

Keep the headphones close to the transmitter while pairing. Once they connect, don’t skip the 8–10 second lock step.

Still not working?

● If you don’t see these lights or if it doesn’t connect, retry the steps once more and move devices closer

● Try pairing in a different room to reduce wireless interference.
