Aura Focus - How to Reset Earbuds? – Avantree Support

To clear the earbuds’ pairing history and re-pair them properly, follow the steps below.

START HERE

Step 1 — Open the Charging Case

Open the charging case lid. Keep both earbuds inside the case.

PAIRING MODE

Step 2 — Wait for the Earbuds to Enter Pairing Mode

Wait until the LEDs on the earbuds start flashing red and blue.

Flashing RED and BLUE

This means the earbuds are in pairing mode.

RESET

Step 3 — Reset the Earbuds

Double-click the case MFB button to reset the earbuds.

CHECK THE RESET

After resetting, watch for this LED sequence:

Solid BLUE for 2 seconds

↓

BLUE flashing quickly for 3 seconds

↓

Flashing RED and BLUE

✅ This means the earbuds have been successfully reset and are ready to pair.

You can reset both earbuds at the same time.

⚠️ Important: If you reset only one earbud, you must reset the other one as well, or they may not reconnect properly.

After resetting: The earbuds will no longer be paired to the transmitter.

⚠️ Important: After resetting, the earbuds will not connect to the transmitter automatically. You must re-pair (re-code) the earbuds with the transmitter in order for the audio to work again.
