Aura Focus – How to Reset the Earbuds

Reset the earbuds if they won't connect, have sound on only one side, or keep having connection problems.

Important: Resetting clears the saved connection. You will need to reconnect the earbuds to the transmitter afterward.

Before You Start: Put both earbuds in the charging case, make sure they have power, and keep the case lid OPEN.

Keep both earbuds inside the open charging case. Wait until the earbuds flash:

Flashing RED & BLUE = Pairing mode

Double-click the button on the charging case.

Solid BLUE for 2 sec then → Fast Flashing BLUE for 3 sec

Flashing RED & BLUE = Reset complete

After the reset, the earbuds are no longer connected to the Aura Focus transmitter. Reconnect them before testing again.

Nothing Happens When You Double-Click?

Make sure both earbuds are powered and inside the open case. Wait for flashing RED & BLUE, then double-click the case button again.

Only One Earbud Responds?

Remove both earbuds, place them back in the case correctly, and repeat the reset with both earbuds together.
