Aura Focus – How to Reconnect the Earbuds to the Transmitter
Use these steps if your Aura Focus earbuds no longer connect to the transmitter.
Step 1 – Try Automatic Reconnection
Make sure the Aura Focus transmitter is ON.
Put both earbuds in the charging case for a few seconds, then take both earbuds out together and keep them close to the transmitter.
Wait a few seconds. If they reconnect, you're done. If not, continue below.
Step 2 – Prepare for Manual Reconnection
- Turn OFF the TV.
- Turn OFF Bluetooth on nearby phones, tablets, and computers.
- Keep the earbuds close to the transmitter.
This helps prevent the earbuds from connecting to another nearby device.
Step 3 – Put the Transmitter in Pairing Mode
Press and hold Add Device on the transmitter for 2 seconds.
Fast Flashing ORANGE = Ready to connect
Step 4 – Pair the Earbuds and Reconnect
Put both earbuds in the charging case, keep the lid open, then press and hold the case button for 3 seconds.
Fast Flashing RED = Ready to connect
Keep the earbuds close to the transmitter and wait a few seconds.
Solid BLUE for 1 second → LED OFF = Connected
Take both earbuds out, turn your TV back ON, play something, and check for sound.
Not Connecting?
- Put both earbuds back in the case.
- Turn the transmitter OFF and wait about 5 seconds.
- Turn the transmitter back ON.
- Repeat Steps 2–4.
Only One Earbud Connects?
Put both earbuds in the charging case and make sure both are charged.
Solid RED = Charging
Then take both earbuds out together and try again.
