Ensemble - Pair and Lock

Before pairing: Turn the TV OFF and turn Bluetooth OFF on nearby phones, tablets, computers, and other Bluetooth devices. This helps prevent the headphones from connecting to another device during pairing.

Quick Check 

1️⃣  Pair the transmitter
Plug them into a wall outlet and slide the Base to ON.
Press and hold the Pair/Lock button (🔄) for 5 seconds until the light flashes RED and BLUE.

2️⃣ Pair the headphones
Turn the headphones ON.
If they do not flash RED and BLUE, Press and hold the Play/Pause button (▶⏸) for five seconds until they flash RED and BLUE

3️⃣ Wait for them to connect
Keep the headphones close to the transmitter. Both lights should turn solid BLUE.

4️⃣ Lock the connection:
Quickly double-click the button (🔄) on the transmitter to lock the headphones. 

⚠️ Headphones Still Not Connecting?

Reset both the headphones and transmitter

Follow the Ensemble Factory Reset Guide, then pair them again from Step 1.

Why It Sometimes Doesn’t Work

This usually happens when:

• The headphones are not locked to the transmitter.

• The headphones or transmitter are not in pairing mode.

• The headphones connect to a nearby Bluetooth device instead

💡 Tip: After the headphones connect, lock them to the transmitter so they reconnect more reliably next time.
