If the headphones are not connecting, they may need to be paired and locked to the transmitter again.
Quick Check
1️⃣ Power the transmitter from a wall outlet
Plug the transmitter into a power source and slide the Base switch to ON.
If possible, use a wall adapter instead of the TV’s USB port during pairing.
2️⃣ Put the transmitter in pairing mode
Press and hold the button on the transmitter for 5 seconds until it enters pairing mode flashing red and blue.
3️⃣ Put the headphones in pairing mode
Slide the Power switch to ON. The headphones should enter pairing mode automatically.
If they do not, press and hold the ⏯ button for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode flashing red and blue again.
4️⃣ Wait for them to connect
Keep the headphones close to the transmitter and wait a few seconds for the connection. Both headphone and transmitter will show a solid blue light.
➡️ If they connect but do not stay linked:
Double-click the button on the transmitter to lock the headphones to it.
Why It Sometimes Doesn’t Work
This usually happens when the headphones are no longer locked to the transmitter or one of the devices is not in pairing mode.
💡 Tip:
After the headphones connect, lock them to the transmitter so they reconnect more reliably next time.
