Aura Focus - How to Fix One-Side Sound Issue?

If you hear sound from only one earbud, try the following:

1. Quick Fix (Recommended)

Place both earbuds into the charging case and make sure the charging LEDs turn on.

Then take both earbuds out again.

➡️ In most cases, this will resolve the issue.

2. Re-connect the Earbuds with the Transmitter (If needed)

If the issue persists, reconnect the earbuds and transmitter:

Put the transmitter into pairing mode

• Press and hold the Add Device button for 2 seconds until the Orange LED flashes quickly.

Put the earbuds into pairing mode

• Disconnect the earbuds from any other devices first.
• Place both earbuds into the charging case and keep the lid open.
• Press and hold the case button for 3 seconds until the earbuds flash Red quickly.

Reconnect the devices

• Keep the transmitter and earbuds close together.
• Wait a few seconds.
• When the earbuds show a SOLID BLUE LED for 1 second, then the light turns off, the connection is complete.
