If you hear sound from only one earbud, try the following:
1. Quick Fix (Recommended)
Place both earbuds into the charging case and make sure the charging LEDs turn on.
Then take them out again.
➡️ In most cases, this will resolve the issue.
2. Reset the Earbuds (If needed)
If the issue persists, try resetting:
- With both earbuds in pairing mode (red & blue), double-click the case MFB button.
- The earbud LEDs will stay blue for 2s, blink blue for 3s, then blink red & blue, indicating they are ready to re-pair.
This clears the pairing history.
3. Reconnect
Reconnect the earbuds to your device and ensure both are connected.

- If the issue continues, delete the earbuds from your device’s Bluetooth list and pair again.
