Aura Focus – How to Fix Sound on Only One Side

If you hear sound from only one earbud, follow these steps in order.

Step 1 – Make Sure Both Earbuds Are Charged

Before troubleshooting, make sure both earbuds have enough power. Place both earbuds in the charging case and check that each earbud shows:

Solid RED = Charging

If one earbud does not show RED, remove it and place it back in the case. Make sure it sits correctly on the charging contacts. Before continuing, make sure both earbuds are charged and can turn on.

Step 2 – Restart Both Earbuds

Leave both earbuds in the case for a few seconds.
Take both earbuds out together.
Wait a few seconds for them to reconnect.
Play your TV and test both sides.

➡️ In most cases, restarting both earbuds will restore sound to both sides.

Both sides working? You're done. If you still hear sound from only one side, continue to Step 3.

Step 3 – Reconnect the Earbuds to the Transmitter

On the Transmitter

Press and hold Add Device for 2 seconds.

Fast Flashing ORANGE = Ready to connect

On the Earbuds

Disconnect the earbuds from nearby Bluetooth devices.
Put both earbuds in the charging case.
Keep the case lid open.
Hold the case button for 3 seconds.

Fast Flashing RED = Ready to connect

Keep the earbuds close to the transmitter and wait a few seconds.

Solid BLUE for 1 second → LED OFF = Connected

Take both earbuds out and test the sound again.

Step 4 – Still Only One Side? Reset the Earbuds

If reconnecting did not fix the problem, reset both earbuds together.

Put both earbuds in the charging case.
Keep the case lid open.
Wait until the earbuds are flashing RED & BLUE.
Double-click the case button.

Solid BLUE for 2 sec then → Fast Flashing BLUE for 3 sec

Flashing RED & BLUE = Reset complete

Important: After resetting, the earbuds must be reconnected to the transmitter.

Step 5 – Reconnect After Reset

After the reset, repeat Step 3 to reconnect the earbuds to the Aura Focus transmitter. Then take both earbuds out and test the sound again.
