C81 - Troubleshooting: Low Volume When Using the C81-Gaming with Headphones on PS5

The default output volume on C81 has been set to 90%. If you still feel the volume too low, please check as following:

1. Adjust the Volume on Your PS5

• Navigate to Settings > Sound > Volume on your PS5.

• Increase the Headphones volume to a comfortable level.

2. Adjust the Volume on Your Headphones

If Your Headphones Have a Volume Button:

• Use the volume controls on your headphones to increase the sound.

If Your Headphones Lack a Volume Button:

1. Pair your headphones/earbuds with your smartphone.

2. Adjust the volume using your smartphone or the app associated with your headphones/earbuds.

3. Once the volume is set to a satisfactory level, pair the headphones/earbuds back with the C81.
