My computer doesn't recognize DG45. What should I check?
Try a different USB port and check whether the adapter appears in your computer's Device Manager. If the required Bluetooth driver is missing, review the official DG45 Driver article above.
My Bluetooth headphones aren't connecting. What should I do?
Put your headphones into pairing mode, open your computer's Bluetooth settings, and search for available Bluetooth devices. If the headphones are already connected to a phone or another device, disconnect them there before trying again.
DG45 is connected, but I can't hear any sound.
Check that your headphones are connected in your computer's Bluetooth settings. Then open the sound settings and select your Bluetooth headphones as the audio output device.
