1. Ensure the Driver is Properly Installed
After connecting the DG45, verify that the driver has been automatically installed. A successful installation will appear in the device manager like this:

Driver Error?
If you encounter a driver error, it could be due to a conflict with your computer’s built-in Bluetooth. In this case, please disable your computer's internal Bluetooth module following the steps outlined in this guide.
2. Driver Installed, but Unable to Pair with Your Device?
2.1. Eliminate Interference
Turn off Bluetooth on all nearby devices, such as smartphones or tablets, to avoid interference during the pairing process.
2.2. Activate Pairing Mode
Ensure the device you’re trying to pair (headphones, speaker, keyboard, or mouse) is in pairing mode. Simply turning it on is not enough — you must manually enable pairing mode. Refer to the user manual for your device if unsure how to do this.
2.3. Pair your device with DG45
