Relay not charging, won't turn on, or only works while plugged in? The issue may be related to the charging connection, battery, or internal power system. Follow the checks below.
Check the Charging Indicator
Connect Relay to a USB charger and check the battery lights.
If all three battery lights are solid, Relay is fully charged. This is normal and does not indicate a charging problem.
This does not automatically mean Relay is defective. It may indicate a low battery or charging progress. Continue to the next step.
Try a Different Cable and Charger
- Turn Relay OFF.
- Try another USB-C cable. Make sure it is firmly connected to Relay's charging port.
- Use a different 5V USB charger. Connect it directly to a working wall outlet.
- Charge Relay for 1 hour. Check whether the battery indicators respond or change.
If you have already tested different working cables and chargers, there is no need to repeat the same test. Continue to Step 3.
Check if Relay Works Without Power
- Disconnect Relay from the charger.
- Slide its power switch to ON.
- Check whether Relay turns on and stays on without the cable.
Relay Turns On Normally
Relay is operating on battery power. If the charging indicators also behave normally, the issue may be resolved.
Relay Only Works While Plugged In
Relay may not be retaining a charge. This could indicate a battery or internal power issue. Continue to the warranty claim section.
