a loose 3.5 mm audio connection,
or low volume on the audio source or headphones.

- Unplug SoundJet R1 and reconnect it firmly.
- Start playing a movie, music, or other audio.
- Confirm the source is not muted.
I'm Using SoundJet R1 on an Airplane
- Check whether the airplane seat has a single or dual-prong audio socket.
- If it has a dual-prong socket, use the appropriate airplane adapter.
- Ensure the adapter and SoundJet R1 are firmly connected.
- Start a movie and increase the airplane screen's volume.
Tip:
If possible, test the seat's audio socket
using wired headphones to confirm
that it produces sound.
I'm Using SoundJet R1 with a Computer or TV
- Plug SoundJet R1 into a working 3.5 mm headphone output.
- Open your computer or TV audio settings.
- Select the headphone or analog audio output, if required.
- Play audio and increase the source volume.
Important:

- Increase the volume on the airplane screen, computer, or other audio source.
- Use SoundJet R1's Volume + button to increase its output level.
- Increase the volume on your Bluetooth headphones or earbuds.
- Play audio again and listen for sound.
Expected:
The SoundJet R1 Bluetooth indicator
is solid blue and audio plays
through your headphones.
Only One Earbud or One Side Has Sound

- If using a dual-prong airplane adapter, make sure both plugs are secure.
- Turn off Bluetooth on your phone to prevent the earbuds reconnecting to it.
- Place both earbuds in their charging case, close the lid briefly, then reconnect them.
- If needed, reset and pair the earbuds again.
Using Two Pairs of Headphones?
If one pair works but the second pair has no sound, the problem may be with the second Bluetooth connection.
- Confirm the first pair is connected.
- Put the second pair into pairing mode.
- Follow the SoundJet R1 dual-link connection instructions.
- Check the volume on both headphones.
