Choose the Multifunctional Button, Volume controls, Bluetooth Status Indicators, or Battery Indicator above.

Make sure both the SoundJet R1 and your headphones are in Bluetooth pairing mode at the same time.

If you're connecting two sets of headphones or earbuds, follow the SoundJet R1 dual-link troubleshooting steps.

Check the audio connection and make sure your headphones or earbuds are connected to the SoundJet R1.

Clear the pairing history if old Bluetooth connections are preventing a new connection.
