SoundJet R1 - Factory Reset – Avantree Support

Having trouble pairing your SoundJet R1?

A factory reset will clear the SoundJet R1's pairing history. After the reset, it will automatically enter pairing mode so you can connect your headphones or earbuds again.

Factory Reset

Turn on the SoundJet R1

Make sure the SoundJet R1 is powered on before starting the reset.

Hold Volume + and Volume − together

Press and hold both volume buttons at the same time for 10 seconds.

VOL + VOL −

Hold together for 10 seconds

Look for the pink indicator

The indicator will turn solid pink (red + blue) for 3 seconds. This confirms that the reset is complete.

Pair your headphones again

After the pink indicator, the SoundJet R1 automatically enters pairing mode. The indicator will flash red and blue alternately.

Reset complete

Put your headphones or earbuds into Bluetooth pairing mode and keep them close to the SoundJet R1. They can now establish a new connection.
