If only one headphone or earbud connects to SoundJet R1, the second device may not be paired yet or may have reconnected to another phone or tablet.
Quick Check
1. Confirm the first pair of earbuds is still connected to the SoundJet R1.
2. Check if the second pair shows connection or pairing status.
3. Remove the second pair from the case again to trigger reconnection.
Quick Fix
1. Leave the first pair connected to the SoundJet R1.
❶ Turn on Soundjet R1
❷ Enter Pairing mode - Hold MFB for 2s, LED blinks red & blue
❸ Keep them close, wait 5-10s.
❹ Connected - LED solid blue.
2. Put the second pair of earbuds back into their charging case.
❶ Keep 1st pair connected.
❷ Hold transmitter button for 2s. 2nd LED blinks red & blue.
❸ Put 2nd pair in pairing mode. Remove them from the case again
❹ Wait 5–10s. Both pairs connect.
Why It Sometimes Doesn’t Work
Dual connections can fail if one device reconnects to another phone or if the second device was not paired after the first connection completed.
💡 Tip:
When pairing two sets of earbuds, connect the first pair fully before removing the second pair from its case. This helps the SoundJet R1 correctly assign both connections.
Still Not Working?
1. Turn off the SoundJet R1.
2. Place both pairs of earbuds into their charging cases.
3. Turn the SoundJet R1 back on.
4. Remove both pairs of earbuds from their cases.
5. Wait up to 10 seconds for them to reconnect automatically.
