Audition 3 – No Sound From Headphones?
Follow these steps to restore sound on your Audition 3 (AS19).
Before You Start: Turn on the headphones and play a video or music with sound.
Step 1 – Check the Bluetooth Connection
- Slide and hold the headphone power switch at PAIR until the LED flashes red and blue.
- Open your TV, phone or computer's Bluetooth settings.
- Select Avantree AS19 and wait for it to connect.
Solid Blue – Connected.
Flashing Red & Blue – Ready to pair.
Not connecting? Turn off Bluetooth on nearby devices previously paired with the headphones.
Step 2 – Check the Volume
- Increase the headphone volume using Volume +.
- Select Avantree AS19 as the audio output on your device.
- Make sure your video or music is not muted.
Step 3 – Using a TV Transmitter?
- Make sure the TV transmitter is on and connected to your TV.
- Check that the headphones are connected to the transmitter.
- Check your TV's audio output settings and cable connection.
Step 4 – Restart and Test
- Turn off the headphones and your audio device.
- Turn both back on and reconnect.
- Try another video, song or app.
