AS19 - Clear Pairing History

The headphones will automatically enter pairing mode, with the LED flashing RED and BLUE alternately.

Quick Check

1. Turn on the AS19 headphones.
2. Press and hold “+” and “–” together for 10 seconds.
3. Release the buttons when the LED appears PINK for about 2 seconds.
4. Wait for the LED to flash RED and BLUE alternately.
5. Ready to pair with any Bluetooth devices. 

Most Common Issues

Another device connects automatically. Turn off Bluetooth on nearby previously paired devices while pairing again.

Still Not Working?

Charge the headphones and repeat the reset. Then restart your phone, TV, or other Bluetooth device before pairing again.
