Bluetooth Reset

Clear the Pairing History

Use this reset if the headphones keep reconnecting to the wrong device or are having trouble pairing again.

Reset the Headphones

The reset takes only a few seconds.

Turn On the Headphones

Power on the AS19 headphones.

Hold + and – for 10 Seconds

Press and hold the Volume + and Volume – buttons together for 10 seconds.

Release When the LED Turns Pink

Release the buttons when the LED appears pink for about 2 seconds.

Pink for about 2 seconds = Pairing history cleared

Wait for Red and Blue

The LED will then flash red and blue alternately.

Alternating red / blue = Ready to pair
Ready to pair again.

Open the Bluetooth settings on your phone, TV, computer, or other Bluetooth device and select Avantree AS19.

Another device keeps connecting automatically?

Temporarily turn off Bluetooth on nearby devices that were previously paired with the headphones, then try pairing again.

LED Does Not Turn Pink
  1. Charge the headphones.
  2. Turn them back on.
  3. Hold + and – together for the full 10 seconds.
  4. Repeat the reset and watch for the pink LED.
Still Cannot Pair After the Reset
  1. Restart the phone, TV, computer, or other Bluetooth device.
  2. Make sure nearby previously paired devices have Bluetooth turned off.
  3. Wait until the AS19 LED is flashing red and blue.
  4. Open the Bluetooth device list and select Avantree AS19.
