Audition 3 – How to Charge the Headphones

Charge the headphones on the charging dock or connect a USB-C cable directly to the headphones.

Full charge: About 2.5 hours.

How Do I Know the Battery Is Low?

RED flashing = Battery low

Option 1 – Charge on the Dock

Step 1 – Connect Power to the Dock

Connect the charging cable to the dock.
Connect the other end to a 5V / 1A USB wall charger.

Important: If you are troubleshooting a charging problem, use a wall charger instead of a TV USB port, computer USB port, or power bank.

Step 2 – Place the Headphones on the Dock

Find the ⚡ charging symbol on the RIGHT earcup and the ⚡ charging symbol on the RIGHT side of the dock.

Solid RED = Charging

Light OFF = Fully charged

If the red light does not appear, gently reposition the headphones until it turns on.

Option 2 – Charge Directly With USB-C

Connect the USB-C cable directly to the USB-C port on the headphones.
Connect the other end to a 5V / 1A USB wall charger.
Check the LED on the LEFT earcup.

Solid RED = Charging

Light OFF = Fully charged

Headphones Not Charging on the Dock?

Open each step below and try them in order.

1 – Reposition the Headphones

Make sure the ⚡ charging symbol on the RIGHT earcup sits over the ⚡ charging symbol on the RIGHT side of the dock.

Slowly adjust the headphones until the solid RED charging light appears.

2 – Check the Power

Unplug the charging cable.
Wait about 5 seconds.
Reconnect the cable firmly to the dock and wall charger.
Place the headphones back on the dock.

3 – Try Another Wall Outlet

Connect the charger to another wall outlet. Place the headphones on the dock again and check for the solid RED charging light.

4 – Clean the Charging Areas

Disconnect the dock from power.
Remove the headphones.
Wipe the ⚡ charging areas on the headphones and dock with a clean, dry, soft cloth.
Reconnect the dock.
Place the headphones back on the dock.

Important: Do not use sharp or metal objects to clean the charging areas.

Something Doesn't Look Right?

Choose the issue that best matches what you are experiencing.

Battery Completely Empty?

If the headphones have not been charged for a long time, the battery may need extra time before the headphones respond.

Connect the USB-C cable directly to the headphones.
Leave them charging for 30–60 minutes.
Check the headphones again.

Headphones Won't Turn On After Charging?

The Audition 3 automatically turns OFF while charging. If the power switch was left ON, the headphones may not turn back on automatically when removed from the charger.

1. Move the power switch to OFF.

2. Move the power switch back to ON.

Charging Light Turns Off?

After about 2.5 hours?
The battery may be fully charged. Light OFF = Fully charged.

Light turns off almost immediately?
Reposition the headphones on the dock. If the light still does not stay on, try charging the headphones directly by USB-C.

Still Not Charging?

If the headphones still do not charge after these checks, submit a support request and we will help you determine what is causing the problem.
