Follow the Audition 3 pairing steps and check the headphone's red-and-blue pairing light.

Use the dedicated Audition 3 reset guide if the headphones keep reconnecting to the wrong Bluetooth device.

Check charging by dock or USB-C and confirm the correct charging indicator behavior.

Check the EQ setting, volume, Bluetooth connection, and TV audio connection.
