Bluetooth Connection

Connect the Headphones to Your Phone

Put the headphones into pairing mode, then select Avantree AS19 from your phone's Bluetooth menu.

Turn On the Headphones

Power on the AS19 headphones.

Slide the Switch to PAIR

Slide the headphone switch to PAIR.

Check for the Pairing Light

Wait until the headphone LED flashes red and blue alternately.

Flashing red / blue = Ready to pair

Open Bluetooth Settings

Turn Bluetooth on your phone off and back on, then open the Bluetooth device list.

Select Avantree AS19

Tap Avantree AS19 in the list of available Bluetooth devices.

Check the Connection

When connected successfully, the headphone LED stays solid blue.

Avantree AS19 Not Showing?

Clear the Pairing History

If Avantree AS19 does not appear in your phone's Bluetooth list, clear the headphone pairing history and then refresh the device list.

AS19 Appears but Will Not Connect
  1. Remove or Forget Avantree AS19 from your phone's saved Bluetooth devices.
  2. Turn your phone's Bluetooth off and back on.
  3. Turn off Bluetooth on nearby devices that were previously paired with the headphones.
  4. Put the headphones back into pairing mode.
  5. Select Avantree AS19 again.
Still Not Working?

Restart both your phone and the headphones, then repeat the pairing steps above.
