C82 LEA – How to Fix Disconnections?

If your hearing aids frequently disconnect from the C82 LEA, please reset the C82 LEA to clear its saved pairing history, then pair the devices again.

1. Factory Reset the C82 LEA
2. Pair the C82 LEA with Your LE Audio Hearing Aids Again

Before pairing again, temporarily turn off Bluetooth on nearby phones, tablets, computers, and other devices that may automatically connect to your hearing aids.
