Connected to Your Headphones or Hearing Aids, but No Sound?
If your headphones or hearing aids are connected to the C82 LEA but you cannot hear anything, follow the steps below.
Start a video or song and keep it playing while you go through the checks below.

1 Make sure the headphones or hearing aids are connected Check the C82 LEA indicator first
Look at the indicator light on the C82 LEA.
- When using LE Audio hearing aids, a solid green light means they are connected.
- If the indicator is still flashing, the connection may not be complete.
Already connected? Do not pair everything again yet. Continue to Step 2.
2 Select C82 LEA as your sound output Your computer may still be sending sound to its own speakers
Choose the instructions for your computer:
Tip: If C82 LEA does not appear in the sound output list, unplug it, plug it back in, wait a few seconds, and check again.
3 Check the volume Make sure neither device is muted
- Turn up the volume on your computer or source device.
- Make sure it is not muted.
- Turn up the volume on your headphones or hearing aids, if they have their own volume control.
- Play audio again.
4 Turn off Bluetooth on your phone temporarily Especially important when using hearing aids
Your hearing aids or headphones may reconnect to your phone instead of the C82 LEA.
- Turn Bluetooth OFF on your phone.
- If using hearing aids, place them in their charging case for a few seconds.
- Take them out again and wait for them to reconnect to the C82 LEA.
- Play audio again.
5 Unplug and reconnect the C82 LEA A quick restart can restore the USB audio connection
- Unplug the C82 LEA.
- Wait a few seconds.
- Plug it back in.
- Wait for your headphones or hearing aids to reconnect.
- Select C82 LEA as the computer's sound output again.
- Test the sound.
6 Try another USB port This helps rule out a USB connection problem
- Unplug the C82 LEA.
- Plug it into a different USB port.
- If possible, connect it directly to the computer instead of using a USB hub.
- Select C82 LEA as the sound output again.
- Test the sound.
7 Still no sound? Reset the C82 LEA and pair again Clear the saved connection and start fresh
If the C82 LEA is still connected but there is no sound, reset the C82 LEA first.
Reset C82 LEA →After resetting, pair your headphones or hearing aids again:
Pair with LE Audio Hearing Aids → Pairing & Setup Guide →Sound working now? You're all set. If you turned off Bluetooth on your phone, you can turn it back on.
