Pair C82 LEA with Hearing Aids
Connect your LE Audio hearing aids in a few simple steps.
Before You Start
Prevent your hearing aids from reconnecting to another device during pairing.
- Turn Bluetooth off on nearby phones, tablets, and computers.
- Keep your hearing aids close to the C82 LEA.
- Make sure your hearing aids support Bluetooth LE Audio.
Put C82 LEA in Pairing Mode
Plug the C82 LEA into your device. Then press and hold the PAIR button until the LED starts flashing.
Green + White Flash Alternately
The C82 LEA is ready to pair with LE Audio hearing aids.
Seeing Blue + White instead?
Put Your Hearing Aids in Pairing Mode
Put both hearing aids into pairing mode.
For many rechargeable hearing aids:
- Put both hearing aids in their charging case.
- Wait a few seconds, then take both hearing aids out.
Bring Them Close Together
Hold both hearing aids within about 2 inches / 5 cm of the C82 LEA.
Wait while the C82 LEA searches for your hearing aids.
Wait for the Connection
Keep the hearing aids and C82 LEA close together until pairing finishes.
Green + White Flashing
The C82 LEA is still pairing.
Solid Green
Connection successful.
Still Won't Pair?
Try these steps:
- Turn Bluetooth off on nearby phones, tablets, computers, TVs, and other Bluetooth devices.
- Put your hearing aids back into pairing mode.
- Make sure the C82 LEA is flashing Green + White, then try pairing again.
- If it still won't connect, update the C82 LEA to the latest firmware.
Update the C82 LEA Firmware
Updating the firmware may improve compatibility and fix pairing issues.
