Audikast 4HA - Hearing Aid Not Connecting

If your hearing aids won't connect to Audikast 4HA, first identify where the connection is failing. Choose the problem that best matches what you're seeing below.

⚠️ Important: Join the Broadcast — Don't Pair It

Auracast hearing aids connect by joining the Audikast 4HA broadcast. Do not look for Audikast 4HA as a normal Bluetooth device to pair directly with your hearing aids.

Before You Start

Check these three things first.

Confirm your hearing aids support Auracast.
Hearing aids that do not support Auracast cannot join the Audikast 4HA broadcast.

📱 Using a Compatible Samsung Phone

Compatible Samsung phones can use the phone's LE Audio / Auracast Assistant feature to help your hearing aids join the broadcast.

Typical path:
Bluetooth Settings → Hearing Aids → LE Audio → Listen to Auracast Broadcast → Audikast 4HA

Menu names and Auracast availability can vary depending on the phone model and software version.

🔍 Can't Find Audikast 4HA?

Try these steps in order before resetting or reinstalling anything.

1. Check Hearing Aid Mode

Make sure Audikast 4HA is in Hearing Aid Mode.

Hearing Aid Mode is active.
2. Move Closer to Audikast 4HA
Stay close to the transmitter while making the initial connection, then search for the broadcast again.
3. Close and Reopen the Hearing Aid App
Close the hearing aid companion app completely, reopen it, return to the Auracast / broadcast section, and scan again.
4. Restart the Hearing Aids and Phone

Restart both devices, then:

✓ Reconnect your hearing aids to the phone.
✓ Open the hearing aid companion app.
✓ Search for the Audikast 4HA broadcast again.
5. Restart Audikast 4HA
Turn Audikast 4HA off and back on, confirm that Hearing Aid Mode is active, then search for the broadcast again.

Audikast 4HA Appears, But Won't Connect?

If you can see Audikast 4HA in the broadcast list but joining fails:

1. Stop any calls, music, videos, or other audio playing through your hearing aids.
2. Restart the hearing aids.
3. Restart your phone.
4. Reconnect the hearing aids to the phone.
5. Open the hearing aid app and try joining Audikast 4HA again.
