If your audio keeps cutting out when your phone is connected, it’s usually caused by distance, wireless interference, or using Bluetooth when a wired connection would be more stable.
Quick Check
1. Move your phone closer to the transmitter
● Keep it within 15 m / 50 ft. If it’s farther away, audio may drop.
2. Check for wireless interference
● Move the transmitter away from Wi-Fi routers, access points, or microwaves.
3. Try a wired audio connection
● If your audio source supports it, connect using Optical or AUX instead of Bluetooth for a more stable signal.
Most Common Issue
Bluetooth audio can cut out when the phone is too far away or when other devices using the 2.4 GHz wireless band interfere with the signal.
💡 Tip:
If your router is right next to the transmitter, move one of them a few feet or atleast a meter apart — this often improves connection stability.
Still not working?
Try these quick checks:
● Test with another phone to see if the issue is device-specific.
● Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is not connected to multiple audio devices at the same time.
● Power off the transmitter and reconnect everything.
