If you experience:
- Cracking noise
- Choppy audio
- Low volume
- Distorted sound
- Unstable audio
- Audio quality getting worse after extended use
Please check the following steps.
1. Are You Using AUX Input?
Wired Audio Connection
(For mixer / sound system)
If your Harmony A1 is connected to a mixer, DSP, or professional audio equipment, please check your cable wiring.
Incorrect wiring may cause:
- Low volume
- Distorted sound
- Reduced bass
- Missing audio details
Mixer / XLR Output → AUX IN
Use:
Dual XLR Female to 3.5mm TRS Cable
Recommended connection examples:
- XLR Output → AUX IN
- Monitor Out L/R → AUX IN
- 6.35mm TRS Output → AUX IN
- RCA Output → AUX IN

2. Are You Using Bluetooth Input?
Bluetooth Connection
When using Bluetooth:
Phone / Tablet
↓
Bluetooth Input
↓
Harmony A1 Transmitter
↓
Auracast Broadcast
↓
Auracast Speakers
Make sure:
- Keep your phone/tablet within 10m (33ft) of Harmony A1.
- Avoid walls or obstacles between devices.
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting Bluetooth.
Note:
The 100m range applies only to the connection between the Harmony A1 transmitter and Auracast speakers.
3. Still Having Issues?
Update Firmware
Make sure both devices are running the latest firmware:
- Harmony A1 Speaker(s)
- Oasis Aura / Harmony Transmitter
After completing the firmware update:
- Reset both the transmitter and speaker(s).
- Test the audio again in normal usage conditions.
