DISH Cable TV No Sound

If you use Dish Cable TV as your primary TV source and can't get sound through your Bluetooth Headphones/speakers, please follow the methods below to troubleshoot.

For Versions 40.0 | 50.0 | 52.0 | 54.0

Position your mouse cursor over the underlined text below to view each setting's image.

Press the Home Button on the remote twice > Settings > Audio Output > Dolby Digital Pass-through > select OFF

For Old Version

• Look for AUDIO OUTPUT  

Menu > System Setup > Audio Output > Decoder > select PCM

• If you don't see audio output on your settings, try looking for AUDIO FORMAT instead

Menu > System Setup > Audio Output > Mode > select PCM
