Low volume often comes from placement or device settings. Place the speaker inside your pillowcase on top of the pillow and make sure the volume is max on both the speaker and your phone/device.
Quick Check
1️⃣ Check speaker placement
Place Slumber 2 inside the pillowcase, on top of the pillow, near your ear. (refer to video guide below)
2️⃣ Increase both volumes
Turn up the volume on Slumber 2 and also on your phone, tablet, or computer to make sure the sound is at maximum.
3️⃣ Play audio again
Test the sound while lying on the pillow.If it still sounds quiet, move the speaker closer to your ear inside the pillowcase and test again.
Why It Sometimes Doesn’t Work
The speaker may sound quiet if it’s not placed correctly in the pillow or if the volume is low on either the speaker or the connected device
