How to Charge the NB16-Q

Step 1 – Connect the USB-C Cable

Plug the provided USB-C cable into the NB16-Q charging port, then connect the other end to a USB power adapter.

Recommended power: 5V / 1A or 5V / 2A

Step 2 – Check the Charging Light

Once connected to power, look at the NB16-Q LED.

Solid RED = Charging. Leave the headphones connected for about 2.5 hours.

Step 3 – Charging Is Complete

LED OFF = Fully charged. Disconnect the USB-C cable when charging is complete.

Low Battery

RED flashing every 5 seconds = Low battery.

You will also hear “LOW BATTERY.” Charge the headphones when you see or hear this warning.

Need a Quick Charge?

Charge for about 15 minutes to get approximately 3 hours of listening time. Actual battery time varies with volume and use.

Can I Use the NB16-Q While Charging?

Yes. The NB16-Q can be used while connected to its charging cable. Make sure the cable does not interfere with comfortable or safe use.

Can I Charge It Before the Battery Is Low?

Yes. You can recharge the NB16-Q whenever needed. You do not need to wait until the battery is completely empty.

Something Doesn’t Look Right?

No Red Light When the Charger Is Connected

Disconnect and reconnect the USB-C cable.
Make sure the cable is fully inserted.
Try another USB power source.
Try another compatible USB-C cable.

Solid RED = Charging

The Red Light Turned Off

If the headphones were charging normally, this means charging is complete: LED OFF = Fully charged.

NB16-Q Will Not Turn On

The battery may be empty. Connect the NB16-Q to USB-C power and look for a solid red charging light. Let it charge before trying to turn it on again.

Battery Does Not Last 20 Hours

The 20-hour battery result was tested at approximately 60% volume. Higher volume and different usage conditions can reduce battery life. Fully charge the headphones until the LED turns off, then test them again.
