- Click + / - button once to increase / decrease the volume

- Press & hold for 1 second to switch to next / previous track

- Press & hold both for 7 seconds to clear the pairing history

- Tap both once simultaneously to activate voice assistance (only works with phones)

Button (MFB)

- Press & hold for 3 seconds to turn the earbuds on / off, or reject a call

- Click once to pause / play audio, or answer / end a call

- From OFF, press & hold for 5 seconds to enable pairing mode

Note: For Model No. of BTHS-NB16, it uses micro-usb charging port and cable. But for Model No. of BTHS-NB16-Q, it uses USB-C charging port and cable instead.
