Can I use my phone/iPad to play audio through multiple Harmony speakers simultaneously?

You can use your phone/iPad to transmit audio to multiple Harmony speakers using the upgraded Harmony 2 transmitter. Here’s how to set it up:

1. Put the Harmony 2 transmitter into Phone mode

• Turn on the transmitter.
• Slide the Audio Input switch to Phone.
• The indicator should flash White.
• If not, press and hold the button until it starts flashing White.

2. Connect your phone/iPad

• Enable Bluetooth on your phone or iPad.
• Select “Harmony 2 Base” from the Bluetooth device list.

3. Put each Harmony speaker into pairing mode

• Turn on the speaker.
• If needed, press the button once to switch to TV mode.
• Press and hold the button for 7 seconds until you hear “Pairing”.
• The LED will flash Red and Blue.

4. Pair the speakers

• Press and hold the transmitter’s button until the indicator flashes White.
• Wait a few seconds for the connection.
• When connected:
  • Speaker LED → Solid Blue
  • Transmitter LED → Solid White

💡 Quick Tips:

• Pair speakers one at a time for the most stable setup.
• Keep the speaker and transmitter close together during pairing.
• If a speaker does not connect, turn it off and repeat Steps 3–4.
• To add more speakers later, repeat Steps 3–4 for each additional speaker.
