Harmony – How to Fix No Sound
Follow these steps if your Harmony speakers are connected but you cannot hear TV sound.
Step 1 – Check the Speaker Connection
Turn ON the Harmony transmitter and speakers. Solid indicators = Connected. If a speaker is still flashing, fix the speaker connection first.

Make sure the cable is connected to Harmony – INPUT FROM TV.
Step 3 – Using Optical? Set the TV to PCM
Open your TV’s Settings → Sound / Audio.
Digital Audio Format: PCM / Stereo
If there is no sound with Auto, Dolby, DTS, or Bitstream, change the format to PCM.
