To resolve issues when only one pair of earbuds works in Dual Link Mode, follow these steps:
- Ensure the first pair remains connected while pairing the second.
- If the second pair has no sound, place them back in their charging case and remove them again. Press the pairing button if necessary and wait a few seconds.
- If the issue persists, turn off the Relay and place both pairs of earbuds back into their charging cases. Then, turn on the Relay, remove the earbuds from their cases, and allow up to 10 seconds for them to reconnect.
