AS19 - Pair with PC – Avantree Support

Put the headphones in pairing mode, then select them in your computer's Bluetooth settings.

Pair with macOS

1 Put the AS19 Into Pairing Mode Start here before opening Bluetooth settings.

Turn on the AS19. If the LED does not flash RED and BLUE, hold the switch at PAIR for 3 seconds.

2 Open Bluetooth Settings Go to your Mac's Bluetooth menu.

On your Mac, open the Apple menu, then go to System Settings > Bluetooth.

3 Turn Bluetooth On Make sure your Mac can discover nearby devices.

Make sure Bluetooth is switched ON.

4 Select Avantree AS19 Choose the headphones from the device list.

Find Avantree AS19 in the nearby device list, then click Connect.

5 Check the Connection Confirm the headphones are connected.

Once connected, the headphone LED will be solid blue.

Pair with Windows

2 Open Bluetooth Settings Go to the Windows Bluetooth menu.

Open Settings, then go to Bluetooth & devices.

3 Add a Bluetooth Device Start a new Bluetooth device search.

Make sure Bluetooth is ON. Select Add device, then choose Bluetooth.

4 Select Avantree AS19 Choose the headphones from the device list.

Wait for the headphones to appear, then select Avantree AS19.

5 Check the Connection Confirm the headphones are connected.

Once connected, the headphone LED will be solid blue.

PC Doesn't Have Built-In Bluetooth?

You can use a USB Bluetooth audio adapter to connect the AS19 wirelessly.

Plug the adapter into a USB-A port, then pair the AS19 directly with the adapter.

Can't Find Avantree AS19? Open these checks if the headphones do not appear.

Check the AS19 LED. It should be flashing red and blue.
Keep the headphones close to your computer while pairing.
Turn your computer's Bluetooth off and back on, then search again.
Restart the AS19 and your computer, then repeat the pairing steps.
