AS19 : Pair with PC

Put the headphones in pairing mode, then select them in your computer’s Bluetooth settings.

Pair with macOS

1. Turn on the AS19. If the LED does not flash RED and BLUE, hold the switch at PAIR for 3 seconds. 
2. On your Mac, open Apple menu > System Settings > Bluetooth and turn Bluetooth on.
3. Select Avantree AS19, then click Connect.
4. The LED will be SOLID BLUE when connected.

Pair  with Windows

1. Turn on the AS19. Hold the switch at PAIR until the LED flashes RED and BLUE.
2. Open Settings > Bluetooth & devices on your PC.
3. Turn on Bluetooth, then select Add device > Bluetooth.
4. Select Avantree AS19 from the list.
5. The LED will be solid BLUE when connected.

If Avantree AS19 does not appear, please clear the pairing history, then refresh the Bluetooth list. 

Most Common Issues

Some desktop PCs do not have built-in Bluetooth. In this case, you may need a compatible USB Bluetooth adapter. This depends on your computer, not the headphones.

💡 Tip: 

Keep the headphones close to your computer while pairing, ideally within 3 feet or 1 meter.
